Vow Variety LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides photo booth services using our VowBooth software at events. Guests may optionally enter their phone number to receive their photo via SMS.

We respect your privacy and only collect the information necessary to deliver your requested photos.

2. Information We Collect

When you choose to receive your photo via text message, we collect:

  • Your mobile phone number

  • The photo(s) taken during your session

  • Basic event metadata (event name/date)

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as financial data, Social Security numbers, or precise location information.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your phone number is used only to send you the photos you requested.

We do not:

  • Send marketing messages

  • Send promotional campaigns

  • Add you to mailing lists

  • Sell or share your number for advertising

We send one SMS message per request, containing a link to your photos.

4. SMS Consent & Opt-Out

By entering your phone number into our photo booth interface, you:

  • Voluntarily request delivery of your photo via SMS

  • Consent to receive a one-time text message for that purpose

  • Understand that message and data rates may apply

You may reply:

  • STOP to opt out

  • HELP for assistance

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not send recurring messages.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

SMS messages are delivered using Twilio, a third-party messaging provider. Twilio processes phone numbers solely for message delivery purposes.

We require service providers to maintain reasonable security safeguards.

6. Data Retention

Phone numbers are retained only as long as necessary to:

  • Deliver the requested photo

  • Maintain event archives

  • Fulfill contractual obligations with event hosts

We do not retain phone numbers for marketing purposes.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no transmission method is completely secure.

8. Children’s Privacy

If minors use the photo booth, a parent or guardian should enter their phone number to receive images.
